Thank you for reaching out to us! Please follow the steps here:

  1. Go to Device Settings 

  2. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen. 

  3. Tap on Subscriptions

  4. Select the Talk & Translate subscription. If you don't see a subscription but are still being charged, make sure that you're signed in with the correct Apple ID.
