Hello everyone,
I am having a rather confusing problem with OfficeSuite and need to hear more experiences from the community.
I am currently using OfficeSuite on Windows PC and Android. Both devices are logged into the same MobiSystems account. However, in the past few days, document synchronization (Docs, Sheets, and even edited PDFs) has been extremely slow even some files take 20-30 minutes to appear on the other device. There were a few times I had to log out and log back in to see the updated file.
I have tried checking the network connection, clearing the cache, and updating to the latest version of OfficeSuite, but the situation is still the same.
I don't know if this is a temporary system error or if there is a setting I missed.
If anyone has encountered a similar situation or has a more stable solution, please give me some advice. I use OfficeSuite a lot for work, so the sync delay has a big impact.
