Thank you for reaching out to us! Please follow the steps here: 

[font="Open Sans", sans-serif]On your iPhone or iPad: [/font]
  1. Go to Device Settings 

  2. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen. 

  3. Tap on Subscriptions

  4. Select the Talk & Translate subscription. If you don't see a subscription but are still being charged, make sure that you're signed in with the correct Apple ID.

In the past my phone used to be slow and frozen but since I brought it in for repair, it doesn't seem to work as well as before drift boss

My pixel 4XL worked perfectly fine until one day it showed nothing but horizontal stripes. However, where I live, accessories for it are a very difficult thing to find.  Penalty Shooters 2

Would you be able to advise us if you are trying to activate the Talk&Translate app?

 You should be able to activate the Premium features once you log-in with the Apple ID you used for the purchase.
